AI Services Terms

Introduction

These AI Services Terms ("Terms") govern your use of artificial intelligence features available within the LuperIQ Wisdom plugin, including AI workflows, credit-based task execution, and any related AI-powered tools provided by LuperIQ ("we," "us," or "our"). By activating or using any AI feature within LuperIQ Wisdom, you agree to these Terms in addition to our main Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use LuperIQ AI Services.

Definitions

  • AI Services — The artificial intelligence features, tools, and workflow capabilities available through the LuperIQ Wisdom plugin, powered by server-side processing and third-party AI providers.
  • Credits — Units consumed each time an AI workflow or AI-powered task is executed. Credit consumption varies by task type.
  • Workflows — Structured, server-side AI tasks configured and triggered within the LuperIQ Wisdom plugin. Results are delivered to your connected WordPress dashboard.
  • Subscription — A recurring billing plan that grants access to LuperIQ AI Services and a defined monthly credit allocation. Plans are managed through WooCommerce Subscriptions.
  • Credit Pack — A one-time purchase of additional credits, separate from your monthly subscription allocation.

AI Credit Terms

Access to AI Services is governed by a credit system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly credits do not roll over — any unused credits from a given billing period expire at the end of that period.

Credit Packs purchased separately do not expire and are consumed after your monthly subscription credits are depleted. Credit Packs are non-refundable once purchased.

Credits consumed by completed workflow executions are non-refundable, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the output. If a workflow fails due to a verified system error on our end, we will review the incident and, at our discretion, restore the credits consumed.

Current plan credit allocations are: Free (0 credits), Starter (150 credits/month), Professional (500 credits/month), and Enterprise (1,500 credits/month). Full plan details are available at AI Subscription Plans.

Acceptable Use

AI Services may only be used for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You agree not to use AI workflows to generate spam, deceptive content, misleading advertising, or any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You also agree not to attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models or systems powering LuperIQ AI Services. Automated abuse of the credit system — including scripted execution of workflows designed to circumvent limits — is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

LuperIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to AI Services for any account found in violation of this Acceptable Use policy, without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits or subscription fees.

Service Availability

LuperIQ AI Services depend on third-party AI infrastructure providers. While we work to maintain consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to AI features at all times. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

We do not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA for AI features on Free or Starter plans. Enterprise plan customers should contact us to discuss availability expectations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Output Ownership

Content generated through LuperIQ AI workflows belongs to you, the customer. LuperIQ claims no ownership over outputs produced by your AI workflow executions. You are free to use, publish, edit, and distribute AI-generated outputs as permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users, as AI systems can generate comparable results from similar inputs. Ownership of outputs does not constitute a guarantee of uniqueness or exclusivity.

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are suggestions and starting points, not guaranteed facts. LuperIQ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content generated through AI Services.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before using it in your business, publishing it publicly, or relying on it for decisions. Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.

Subscription and Billing

AI Services are billed through WooCommerce Subscriptions tied to your LuperIQ account and activated via license key. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which your account downgrades to the Free tier with no credit allocation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuperIQ's liability in connection with AI Services is limited to the amount you paid for AI Services in the three months preceding the claim. LuperIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — AI Services or AI-generated outputs.

AI outputs are used at your own risk. The decisions you make based on AI-generated content are your responsibility.

Privacy and Data

Your use of AI Services is also governed by our AI Privacy Policy, which describes how input data submitted to workflows is handled, processed, and retained.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these AI Services Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AI Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of AI Services and cancel your subscription.
