General

What is LuperIQ?

LuperIQ Wisdom is a single WordPress plugin that gives you access to 40+ modular business tools — including 20+ AI workflows built specifically for small businesses, agencies, and e-commerce stores. You install one plugin, activate the modules you need, and everything runs directly inside your WordPress dashboard. There's no separate app to log into, no code to write, and no third-party platform to manage.

How does LuperIQ work?

After installing the plugin and activating your chosen modules, you run AI tasks from inside the WordPress admin. Each task — whether it's generating a content brief, analyzing your SEO, or interpreting your analytics — runs server-side and returns results directly in your dashboard. You can see the credit cost of any task before you run it, so there are no surprises. You stay in WordPress the entire time; LuperIQ does the heavy lifting in the background.

Do I need to write any code?

No. LuperIQ is designed so that no code modification is required at any point. You install the plugin ZIP file through the standard WordPress plugin installer, activate the modules you want, and start working. Everything is configured through the WordPress admin interface.

Which WordPress versions does LuperIQ support?

LuperIQ Wisdom works with current, actively maintained versions of WordPress. We recommend keeping your WordPress installation up to date to ensure compatibility and security. If you have questions about a specific version, get in touch before purchasing.

AI Workflows and Credits

What are AI workflows?

AI workflows are structured, repeatable tasks — not open-ended chat prompts. Each workflow is purpose-built for a specific job: writing meta descriptions, running an SEO audit, building a keyword list, creating a content brief, analyzing competitor pages, interpreting Google Analytics data, generating schema markup, or running bulk operations across multiple posts or products. You trigger a workflow, it processes your content or data, and it hands back a usable result. No prompt engineering required.

You can browse the full list of available workflows on the AI workflows page.

What are credits?

Credits are the currency for running AI tasks inside LuperIQ. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and each workflow consumes a set number of credits based on its complexity. Simpler tasks cost fewer credits; more intensive tasks — like bulk operations or deep competitor analysis — cost more. The credit cost of any task is shown before you confirm it, so you always know what you're spending before a credit is consumed.

How many credits will I need?

It depends on which workflows you use and how often. Light users who primarily run SEO audits and generate metadata will find the Starter plan (150 credits/month) sufficient. Agencies or stores running regular content operations across multiple sites will typically need the Professional plan (500 credits/month) or higher. If you're unsure, start with Starter — you can upgrade at any time. You can also compare plan credit allocations to estimate your monthly usage before committing.

Do credits roll over if I don't use them all?

Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Any unused credits from your monthly allocation expire at the end of your billing cycle. Credits purchased through credit packs, however, do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Can I buy more credits without upgrading my plan?

Yes. Credit packs are available for purchase separately from your plan subscription: 1,000 credits for $220, 5,000 for $1,000, 10,000 for $1,800, and 25,000 for $4,000. Pack credits don't expire, so they're a practical option if you occasionally need to run a large batch of tasks without permanently upgrading your plan.

Plans and Pricing

What's included in the Free plan?

The Free plan gives you permanent access to three modules at no cost: Theme Studio, SEO Insights, and URL Optimization. It does not include any monthly AI credits. The Free plan is a genuine no-expiry tier — it's not a trial. If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to Free and you keep the plugin and all your existing data.

What's the difference between the paid plans?

The main differences are the number of monthly AI credits, the number of WordPress sites you can use the plugin on, and access to more modules. Starter ($29/month) gives you 150 credits for a single site. Professional ($99/month) gives you 500 credits across up to 3 sites. Enterprise ($299/month) gives you 1,500 credits across unlimited sites with all modules included. See the full plan comparison.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Paying annually saves approximately 17% compared to paying month to month. The discount applies to all paid plans. You can select annual billing when you first subscribe or switch to it from your account settings.

Can I change plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Billing is handled through WooCommerce Subscriptions, so plan changes follow standard proration rules.

What happens when I cancel?

When you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free tier. You keep the LuperIQ plugin installed on your site and retain all your existing data. You lose access to paid modules and your monthly credit allocation, but nothing is deleted. If you decide to resubscribe later, your account and data are still there.

Installation and Setup

How do I install LuperIQ?

After purchase, you download the plugin ZIP file from your account. You then install it through the standard WordPress plugin uploader: go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the ZIP, and activate it. No FTP access or server configuration is required. Full step-by-step instructions are available in the module documentation.

How do I activate individual modules?

Once the plugin is installed, you access the module library from your WordPress admin panel. Each module can be activated or deactivated independently. LuperIQ uses a crash-protected sandbox, which means an issue with one module will not affect the rest of your site or other active modules. You activate only the modules you need and leave the rest off.

Will LuperIQ slow down my site?

LuperIQ is designed to have minimal impact on front-end performance. AI tasks run server-side and are processed on demand — they don't add scripts or load overhead to your public-facing pages. Only the modules you activate add any footprint, and each module is built to be lightweight. If you have specific performance concerns, review the documentation for the modules you plan to use.

Is LuperIQ compatible with other plugins?

LuperIQ Wisdom is built to work alongside the standard WordPress plugin ecosystem, including WooCommerce. If you run into a compatibility question with a specific plugin, reach out to support and we'll give you a direct answer.

Privacy and Security

What content does the AI process?

The AI only processes the content you explicitly submit as part of a workflow — for example, a post URL for an SEO audit, a product description for meta generation, or analytics data you choose to analyze. LuperIQ does not crawl your site automatically or process content in the background without your action.

Is my content shared with third parties?

Content submitted through AI workflows is processed to complete the task you requested. LuperIQ does not sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models. For full details on how data is handled, stored, and protected, see the AI privacy policy.

Is LuperIQ GDPR compliant?

LuperIQ is designed with privacy requirements in mind. If you have specific compliance questions for your region or industry, review the AI privacy policy or contact support with the details of your use case.

Support

How do I get help if something isn't working?

The fastest route to a resolution is through the support contact page. Provide your plan level, the module or workflow involved, and a description of the issue. Support is available to all paid plan customers. Free plan users can access community resources and documentation.

Where can I find documentation for each module?

Full documentation for every module — including setup guides, workflow instructions, and credit cost references — is available at the module docs hub. Documentation is updated whenever modules are revised or new features are added.
