Developer Roadmap

• Unused creator totals: total_clicks now updates; total_conversions and total_revenue are still unused.
• Link status: inactive links now fall back via creator_hub_link_fallback_url; totals still need aggregation.
• Redirect fallback: /go/{code} now uses a fallback filter when original_url is missing.
• CJM filtering: creator context is added to tracking data, but CJM does not apply a server-side filter for creator_id.
• Portal shortcodes: [creator_hub_dashboard] and [creator_hub_register] are placeholders.
