• No REST endpoints: API layer is missing for frontend integrations.
• Workflow gaps: no assign, close, archive, or status transitions.
• Permissions: no granular RBAC beyond participants and admin override.
• Notifications: delivery hooks (email/SMS/webhook) are not implemented.
• Ticket SLAs: no escalation rules or SLA tracking yet.
